George III Quarter Veneered Flame Mahogany Glazed Secretaire Bureau Bookcase. The top drawer contains a bureau compartment which is fitted with further various internal drawers and cupboards. The drawer front is fitted with and supported by solid brass hinges which fold down to reveal a leather covered writing platform. Raised over a lower cupboard with circular inset door panels. Height of base: 105cm. Depth of upper glazed section: 29cm.
